Did you know, Blockbuster Video has made the law that no video will have late fees? This may not mean much to anyone, but My family is famous for paying late fees, onetime $40 worth...this is almost unreal.
I returned movies today, which I thought would have late fees, and in fact, one movie wasn't in the case, I had left it at home, and the employee happily told me that she would put a note on the case saying I promised to return the movie within the next few days, this makes me think they are relying on the good will of people, and I question whether that good will actually exists.
