I Have Internet!
This makes my life so much easier. The one trick to it seemed to be to ignore the guys on the phone and just tell they guy who came to my place what I wanted. The people on the phone said that charter did not provide a service that was just internet. The guy who came by asked what I wanted, listened, and said that it would save money to ONLY install internet, which is exactly what I had wanted in the first place.
