hmm... what's been happening in Kellyland?
* I might be up for a promotion. Depends if the federal legislation that our business runs on is renewed. Everyone cross you fingers that some key politicians get their shit together before Memorial Day, OK?
*Wed night I went out on a date with a very awesome guy, and I think it went well (I promise next time I'll go to the bathroom BEFORE we leave the restaurant!) I hope I get to see him again soon.
*Thursday, my back went out and I went to the Urgent Care clinic, only to have them give me some weak-ass medicine and some basic lame advice.
*Friday, it was worse.
*Saturday, it was unbearable, and I landed in the ER for the better part of the day. The verdict? My kidneys weren't functioning correctly. Five hours, four vials of blood and three prescriptions later, I was on my merry way. Watched George Mason lose, watched LSU lose, and I have officially lost interest in the rest of the tournament. Adam, I'd almost rather watch you golf today than watch the final game if that tells you anything. :)
*Sunday, Daylight Savings Time (dum dum dum!!!)... I feel great, though. I'm headed over to help the Jaycees with a Habitat for Humanity project, then I'm going down to watch the mass chaos on the circle.
