I had been considering bringing this up earlier, despite the lack of trouble with residents here...but it seems I should have before now anyway.
In light of recent events, it looks like it would be prudent to set up some kind of law enforcement here in Paradise.

I know. While things like stealing and murder are unacceotable in some places, we need to get input from as many people as possible.

I suppose we should have a group gathering to help vote on laws and vote people in to help take care of and enforce the laws we make?

I'm not the only person who found the murder of a resident to be unacceptable, so basic things like that should be fine.
Any others will have to be decided by as much of the city as a whole as possible.

Considering the fact that several of the residents here are far from human, saying that someone killing Miku was murder is not exaggeration. She had thoughts, memories and feelings the same as any of the other people here. If she can be repaired, then there's still the possibility that something in her character may be affected.
Whether killing a toaster is murder would completely depend in this case.
