My insanity is growing

Aug 29, 2007 18:59

So yeah, another annoying post from me....

~I STILL don't have my DVDs, and I am seriously fucking annoyed. It is a good thing the phone rang right as the mail was coming because otherwise I probably would have attacked the mail man. Has anyone else recieved their copy from Universal? I could have all the extras and at least 4 episodes rewatched by now. But nooo! And it's not like I can go out to Target and pick up a copy. This is not really a good time for me to get mad at the NY driving laws though....I just want my DVDs!!!!

~I got my schedule thing worked out, though that was annoying too. Apparently the missing elective is only running once at the same time I have another course that is only running once. And since I'm choosing to continue my language, the elective (journalism) was bumped. I was able to sign up for psychology (in the missing period), which I planned on taking next year anyway. But the fact that everything was all mixed up pissed me off.

~I have worked on all of the fics I have waiting to be finished today. The inspiration for all of them has just run dry and they feel over done. I'm sure they aren't as bad as I think they are but I have no one to say so. I've tried the taking a break and going back thing, but there just isn't anything there anymore. So, if anyone is in the market for somewhat completed medicore fic, let me know!

~ I feel somewhat guilty and responsible (though I probably shouldn't be either) for the lack of posts at fridaynight100. With UFFD and my use of prompts for fic cause I have nothing else, I was all annoyed and shit so I wrote an actual drabble this week. It's nothing special but I'm posting it here so I can post there and whatnot.

Title: This Is The Night
Setting: State (1x22)
Prompt: now or never
Rating: PG
Character: Tami
Disclaimer: They aren't mine. But I'd still like my DVDs...

Tami sat on the hotel bed, and waited for Eric. She had news he had to hear and it was now or never. As soon as walked in, she could tell he was tense. Would this just be adding to pressure? She stood up and followed him out onto the balcony. If she had their baby in her, he had a right to know. She watched him carefully as he talked. He looked stressed, and drained. But they were going to be a family four, something they wanted for years. She looked him in the eye and began to speak.

For the record: I warned you.
~My birthday is in 23 fucking days. Seriously excited. And my fake birthday (aka my part-yyyy) is in 17-18 days. Even more seriously excited. I'm asking for other DVDs then too and those better coming on time or someone is going to have HELL. TO. PAY. And if you think I wouldn't kill anyone on my birthday...just wait. hehe.

~If you haven't seen the new FNL promos there is something seriously wrong with you. But I'll link them anyway.
Oh how I love pretty people...

Oh my word. Zach Gilford is such lovvvvveeeee.
