Nothing really new or exciting in this end of the world. Since my last entry there haven't been anymore exciting cop chases or anything like that. I've been working a lot at the shelter. I really like my job. I'm getting a lot of experience working with the animals and learning how to do vet work. I gave my first vaccines the other day which I was pretty pumped about. My supervisors really like me and ask me to stay all day (the other new ppl aren't allowed to stay) which is cool.
I still have my 3 foster kittens - Mr. Meigi, Arnie, & Rhonda. I'll have them for another week or two until they are old enough to be fixed and then put up for adoption. I might be adopting a cat from the shelter. Her name is Eckra and she's been there longer than any cat there (over 2 yrs!!).
AJ's back from tour but I've only spent one night with him and have talked to him twice in the past week. I'm not sure what is going on with us. I want to have a serious talk with him and figure out where to go from here because I've come to the realization that I am pretty unhappy at the moment.
Besides working and being moody, I've been drinking quite often. Dorgai came up last night and got drunk with us. That's really about it.
