Sam and Peter's apartment, late Saturday morning

Normally Peter was all for sleeping in on Saturdays - or any day when he had Sam next to him - but on this particular Saturday he had errands to run. Something he'd been working on had finally clicked into place, and Peter wanted to make sure he had everything he needed so he could feel confident in telling Sam what it was.

While he was out he picked up some bagels and related fixings for him and Sam. He then went back to their apartment - and it was theirs no matter what Sam's narratives said - and checked to see if Sam was awake yet.
