Something I dug up...but has been holding very true to the thoughts and feelings I've been having lately. I must state beforehand that none of this is what I necessarily hold to be truth...I wonder if I want there to be something wrong with how things are so that I feel justified in not feeling like I belong some of the time...a la Bernard Marx.

"don't take anything seriously." "don't take myself so seriously." that's my mantra. every time i have a thought I tack on to the back of it "...I wont take that seriously" when I take my thoughts too seriously they blind me to the truth right before my eyes. and the truth is too big to be trapped in any thought form

hmmm mr. joe..i don't know if your venting, writing down some deep thoughts or are going thru a tuormoil of this crazy world called life but it is best not to take things so seriously..it will just drive you insane.

venting is always good and it's always good to put thoughts of philosphy(sp?) in a journal.

I don't know that I think you sound like you believe you're better than other people. When you call other human beings "fleshpackets" and such, it kind of sounds like you envy them.
