Okay, the real post:

Once upon a time there was a boy who had very little friends and almost no social life.  He then met this boy who introduced him into the world he pretty much lives in now, and he appreciated it very much. There were lots of ups and downs in the beginning due to the boy's immaturity, but he eventually grew. The people he was introduced to became regular friends...however, the turnover rate was really high. Somewhere along the many people he had met through the other boy, he found a group that he just clicked with. The boy was always hanging out with this group. Most of the people remained, but there were people that kind of popped out and were replaced. No, not replaced, their spaces just were filled by other people. Finally the group remained consistent and the boy felt a part of something. He finally knew what it felt like to have friends and be happy with his social life. As this group continued to hang out, they formed a close-knit bond with eachother, almost like a family, which, the boy thought of them as a second family anyway.  Things were going smoothly until conflicts occurred and people started to clash...from the inside out, this group began to slowly disband. Things were pulling each person in a different direction, school, boyfriends, jobs, etc, So finally....the family....the group the boy felt comfortable in.....collapsed. The boy now leads a somewhat different life. He doesn't think it will ever be the same as it was now that everyone has gone off on their own seperate life journeys....sometimes parts of the group/family get together....but it has yet to be everyone at the same time

I miss those days...
