Yesterday was pretty great. Two of my friends, Kristin and Steve, got married in Madison, and with my limited finances I asked my friend Ethan if he was interested being my travel buddy so I could get a bit of help on gas. So, I survived both swim lessons and the wedding. Swim lessons I was able to switch places with Bridget so she was in the water teaching the kids and I was on deck as lead swim instructor, so that worked out pretty nice. Back from Madison. Wedding was much fun. Dirty danced with the Bride bride (Trish), ended up being in charge of the music for the ceremony (they played "I'm too sexy" for the Dykes on Bikes entourage that danced down the aisle before the rest of the wedding party did. Whew... home at last. Wedding went well enough, I suppose... I don't think it was quite what Emma and Joe had in mind, but the important thing is that they are now happily married. :) It was so good to see them again, and I'm glad I got the chance - even if it was kinda a whirlwind.
