I mentioned this before, but the volume on Shadownight doesn't work very well. Everything except the volume seems fine, though I admit that I haven't tried to play any dvds or downloaded episodes on it, so the rest of the "buttons" up by the volume - like play, pause, skip forward, skip back, etc - also might not work.

Do you think that's worth going back to Best Buy and doing the warranty thing? I mean, I don't really want to be difficult, but the volume is something i use a *lot*, and if it only works occasionally, it's really really frustrating.

If I do do the warranty thing, I'm also afraid that I'll end up having to turn in my computer for a different one and have to transfer all my files again, which is just annoying and time consuming and I've already spent three hours doing that this month, darnit.

I miss Shadowlite.
