I just slow cooked some chicken breasts with peppers and onions and fresh chives. Usually I turn the good chicken broth left over into soup, but it's too hot for soup. Any other suggestions on what to do with slow cooked peppers, onions, and chives in a chicken-and-white-wine broth with lemon pepper and garlic seasoning? I really don't wanna waste it by dumping it down the disposal.
I'm thinking mashed potatoes. Of course, it would require that I go to the store to *get* potatoes, but that doesn't take much effort since Copps is about a mile and a half that way ----->
