Anyone have any idea what "Lips of an Angel/Hard To Be Faithful" is about? I mean, I like the song and everything, but every time I hear it, I'm trying to figure out what point he's trying to get across. Is it, like, some guy not-quite-cheating-on-his-girlfriend, but still in love with an ex ala the mid-90s hit "Its the Hardest Thing" (wow, I never noticed how porny that title is. I fail at Porn Queenie-ness!) by 98 Degrees? Or is it something else entirely?
There was a brief period of time when it first came out where I thought a daughter might be involved (the "my girl's in the next room" line), but I gave up that idea rather quickly.
