The Marathon Travel Agency is a god send. Seriously, they found me a round trip to Germany *including* insurance for less than 900 bucks! Thank you, Cristin, for recommending them to me.
So, yes, tickets are bought! It was some sort of sale that ended tomorrow, but I got it! YAYness! Only exception was that I had to move the trip back a day, so I'll be leaving on August 22 as compared to the modified original plan of leaving on the 21. Hopefully won't pose too much of a problem. Alas, it will mean one less day to spend with Emma since her vacation only runs through the 28 (I'll be leaving the 30 - plan had been I would leave the morning of the 29), but since she had set aside a day for me to sleep anyway, I don't think it will change much.
But, YAY! I'm going to Germany! ::dances::
