Spent most of this morning and into the afternoon walking around Marshfield attempting to apply for jobs at Target and Shopco for the summer. Target had this whole apply by computer thingy and then get the interview right away, and I didn't really think I was dressed appropriately for a interview (aka, I'm wearing a slightly see-through and tight tank top and a pair of beaten up jeans), so I decided to pass on that and save it for another day. I did however get an application to ShopCo that I plan on filling out, so go me. I also admired the pretty plants and flowers they had a ShopCo. I always feel bad for the poor plants, they really don't get the greatest of care at department stores. But, my lack of money prevented me from buying all the ones that looked like they could use a little TLC. Maybe if I win the lottery some day. :)
And now I'm at home debating whether or not to call Cristin and ask if she wants to go to a movie later tonight (like the 5:00 showing). But, I dunno when she's heading back to Minn., so she may not even be there if I do call. Ah, well.
::rubs shoulders:: Owwie... I think my shoulders got a little sunburned while walking around today... ::goes to look for some aloe::
EDIT:
AND THE KIMBERLEY LIVES!!!!
Yes yes, Maren is very happy about this... I hadn't heard from our poor Kimmy
spockette is three weeks, and the last I *had* heard was very very not good news. (she posted all about it in her LJ) But, I was on MSN earlier, and I saw the nickname "smut is a gift that just keeps on giving" and I wondered who it was, even though names such as that aren;t all that uncommon on my buddy list ;), and it was a KIMBERLEY!!! So, I proceeded to spazz and tackle hug her and jabber with her for a good half hour or so.

Glad everything is okay, hon, and I hope you get all nice and recovered soon!
