Still scouring the internet for good Jonas fic, and luckily I even found some. :)
Anomalies and Unlikely Trouble Appreciation Society by nift.
The first one is a series of dialogs between Jonas and some of the other SGC members. The author refers to her "Awakening" series in the summary, but Anomalies itself an be read as a stand alone. The second is an entirely different story, an AU of season nine that she explains in the AN at the beginning (with Lt. Col. Jake Harper playing a rather significant role). Both are mostly fluff with a bit of humor on the side (though Unlikely Trouble Appreciation has some plot and teamy goodness as well), the one exception being the final chapter of Anomalies, which is more introspection than anything else.
