In other news, my Nook has frozen on the screen saver, and this time it required battery removal and waiting a half hour to replace the battery and then doing a fully charge, all the while standing on one foot under the toad moon singing "I'm Henry the 8th I Am" in B-minor with a tinfoil hat on my head and pleather pants one size too small. Okay, so I made up that last part (golly, what gave it away?), but this is not the first time my Nook has frozen, so I'm kind of annoyed. On the one hand - they're computers, and it is in the nature of computers to freeze. On the other hand, is it *really* that difficult to process a bunch of text files?
And of course the one year warranty I assume came with the device expired last month. Drat.
