In which Chem is actually amusing
Though I'm pretty sure that has more to do with the teacher than the class itself.
Take today, for example. Prof does a fun demonstration involving shaking a giant flask of yellow mystery liquid (he only informed us that contained several different chemicals) in order to turn it red (when lightly swirled) or green (spin-cycle shake), and then he asks us to hypothesize what might be going on.
Random kid in my Chem class: "By shaking it harder, does it have anything to do with exciting the electrons?"
Prof. Wright: "Ooo, I *love* excited electrons!"
That really is all I got today.
