9:35-10:50am - Glacial Geology
Probably the class I was looking forward too most even if I've heard the teacher is a bit of a hard ass (you know, one of those teachers that actually expect you to, like, *learn* stuff and remember it 5 years later - which are actually the kind of teachers I like best). I'm thinking this class will be well worth it, even if it does mean even more homework. Also, glaciers are cool.
12:00-12:50pm Lecture; 2:00-4:50pm - Chemistry 105
Ah, yes, the Dread Chem. On the plus side, the teachers (one for lecture, one for lab) seem really fun - Wright, the one for lecture, had the whole class laughing several times over the course of the hour. The lab prof is a Biker Dude, which is always fun. Also, I hear we might get to play with fire and/or blow stuff up in lab, so that should be fun.
On the not so plus side, it is Chemistry, and I wasn't good at Chem in high school, and I doubt it's gotten easier.
So, it should be an interesting semester. Of course, but "interesting" I really mean "OMG, TOO MUCH STUFF BRAIN OVERLOAD IS THE SEMESTER OVER YET", but at least I'll learn something along the way, hopefully enjoy myself a *little*, and get that much closer to graduating.
