What I learned today

- I do not like expresso. At all. Even with lots of milk and pumpkin seasonings. (I asked for a steamer, darnit!)

- I got a 75% on my Remote Sensing test. I could've gotten an 80 give or take, but I made two stupid mistake (forgot a 0 at the end of the solution for one of the math problems, and then I put another 300000 where there was supposed to be 380000 and got the wrong answer entirely) and decided last minute (during the test) to switch a multiple choice C to a B, and the C ended up being the right answer. Ah, well.

- I am extremely indecisive when it comes to wearing sweaters vs sweat shirts. I started off the morning wearing this cute cream-colored turtle neck sweater, but decided it was too dressy. Then I went for a less-dressy blue v-neck sweater and didn't think it would keep me warm enough in the 11 degree windchills. Since that completely exhausted my sweater supply, I left the house wearing my insanely oversized Taz hoodie. I suck at being a girl.

- Expresso does not taste any better after the fourth-fifth-sixth-etc gulp. XP

- Adding a bunch of hot chocolate to said expresso helps, but only a bit.

- Mandy's "new" boyfriend has an *extremely* irritating tendency to leave half-empty glasses of water and juice sitting around. (this I already knew thanks to having him kinda sorta living with us for the last two weeks, but it continues to be Insanely Irritating)

- Hotmail's new layout tries to hide the "new emails on bottom" option. Bad Hotmail, no cookie for you. On the plus side, unlike several layouts ago, at least we *can* still sort entries oldest to youngest.

- I don't wanna go to Sedimentology.

- Actual Information that might prove usefull someday (in that it might be an exam question in physics or something in the future) - the dimples on a golf ball are specifically designed to cut through the air easier and create small, strong eddies behind the ball to make it fly higher and longer. I kinda feel like I should've already known this, but since I never, ever played golf and really don't care much one way or another, I kind of thought the dimples were the equivalent of the Black Patches on a soccer ball or the likes - you know, kinda for decoration or to, like, differentiate one small ball from another small ball.

sedimentology, icky, hotmail, remote sensing, clothes, coffee
