While I, of course, would prefer that such accidents did not occur for the sake of your safety the division's finances, I am sure you enact all relevant precautions to prevent them from occurring, Watari-san.
And regardless, no significant such accidents have occurred since then recently.
Firstly, explosions and all other unfortunate side-effects of your research are accidents, not wanton destruction.
Secondly, that your accidents occur on a smaller scale and are less cost-destructive than the common accidents of certain of your colleagues.
Thirdly, that even if your experiments have unexpected and unfortunate side-effects, you are capable of fixing them given time.
With these caveat in mind, I would request that in the future that I the division be informed of the parameters of behaviour altering experiments, or those that produce behaviour alteration as a side-effect, accidental or otherwise, as soon as that effect may be recognised, with particular reference to what effects may be observed/experienced and how long those effects will be observable/experiencable before normal behaviour returns.
An informal memo submitted to my desk to be distributed to the rest of the division would be sufficient.
I am sorry about that time, Tatsumi. I didn't have any prior knowledge to warn you, as it wasn't... my experiment. I try to avoid mental and behavioral alterations.
I would certainly try to give fair warning, though.
Watari-san, you are telling me that Kurosaki-kun did something experimental to you, without your knowledge, without your consent? Something that he required a number of days to correct?
Can you suggest any reason why I should not recall Kurosaki-kun to explain his actions?
It only took him part of a morning to fix it, it was a couple of days before he came and talked to me.
I don't think he knew what he was trying to do, Tatsumi, much less what effect it would have. He told me fairly quickly after Tsuzuki talked to him, at least.
I cannot condone Kurosaki-kun, for any reason, accidental or otherwise, causing one agent to cease to be able to interact amicably with all other agents of our division. That in addition, the agent in question was you, Watari-san, with your many diverse roles within our division and potential interaction with the maximum number of other agents, only heightens the potential disruption his actions could have caused.
If it was, indeed, an accident, as I do sincerely hope, Kurosaki-kun is simply in need of training. If not, I am uncertain what procedures will be enacted.
Regardless, Kurosaki-kun will need to explain this incident to me Konoe as soon as possible. Your testimony may also be required.
It did make me a bit spacey in dealing with everyone, but that was mostly just a side effect of the mental alteration- the worst of the animosity was only directed at you. I think I might know why, though... I thought about sex too loudly, about you, and he decided to metaphorically whack it off...
I'll tell you later, if you don't mind?
I agree he needs better training, Tatsumi, he agrees he needs better training. By all means, get someone to tell him what he's doing. Half the point of messing around in my head was to see what he could do, and I didn't really fancy telling him exactly whose tactics that reminds me of.

You're not annoyed that things blow up?

You just normally nag me mention them more often, especially with an opening like that.
Not that I'm complaining. ^_^
