Changed my layout! Got the base layout from
refuted, then spent hours changing every little color to match my header. But I like it! And I'm pretty pleased with the way the header turned out, but I may work on it more later. I feel better about this one than my last NEWS one. I think the blue is very refreshing. Yay me!
