Demons, Bust Out Your Ice Skates...
The world must be coming to an end.
Renee's Beloved (if Stubborn) Father has bought the family a new computer, after ten long years. See, Beloved Father does not do anything unless he gets fed up with something. If Beloved Mother wants something- Nope. If I want something- ponder, then 10% chance of it happening. So Beloved Mother and I played the waiting game once again. Mwa-ha-ha! At last, my poor fossil of a computer made him mad once too often. So, surprise, new computer on the desk when I got home. Renee goes :O and thinks "Finally!!!" but praises Beloved Father for his benevolence.
And in the household, there was much rejoicing.
Down side: Beloved Father must turn to me to set up "his" computer, since both Beloved Parents are technologically-challenged. ::sigh:: This could take a while. Good thing La-chan's technologically-advanced boyfriend is visiting tomorrow.
But overall: HUZZAH!
