and purple, from pickin blackberries! (what were you thinking) I had about 3 quarts in close to 10 minutes, and I wasnt even actually trying. There are so so many bushels of berries out there. Some of them are the size of quarters, so juicy sweeeeeeeet! oh my preciousssss berries. Jams, jellies, pies, tarts oh my. The things we make shall get us ( Read more... )

2 quarts washed, drained and packed in freezer tupperware and off to the freezer in the garage. We will work something out, no doubt.

I can trade you your choice of:
a couple jars of home made mustard
a couple jars of home made plum jam
some home made soap (I have mint, pear, orange spice, moisturizing, etc. lots of kinds! can make up an assortment :))
fresh/frozen plums
all the apples you want (currently still on the tree)

good choice. that stuff is highly covetted, and I make it using the recipe in le Menagier (14th century french cooking manuscript) :)
