Onto other things - Kingdom Feast and Bardic Celebration 2015
Yes, planning is already in the works. It will happen, again.
Many things were learned this year, and will be added/removed/corrected for a more happy experience for all who attend. There will be a maxim added to the attendance of (250). Initially it was thought (by me, of course) that 300-400 would be awesome for an event like this. Not so much probably. It was just right with the amount we had.
Current plans are to use the same venue, since it has the perfect kitchen, a vast amount of space for all the things happening, and the site is plenty happy to work with us in all capacities. During the planning stages for this years event there were a few people who thought the event would be better suited down town I-5 corridor, so we could get the attendance, there was no issue with that. It will not be easy to find a venue that has a commercial kitchen, that will allow us to use it, that also has the facilities for all the other parts of the event that we need.
The Arts and Sciences portion of the event shall be greatly expanded for the 2015 event. There is room for this, and there will be a need for people whom wish to assist in this area.
