(no subject)
So, I was getting caught up on other people's livejoural entries, and I realized I haven't written in mine forever...yet again. I was about to start this entry when I was hit with an overwhelming wave of apathy. Tayor suggested I start with that fact and fight through the apathy, so that is exactly what I'm doing.
I don't have the most eventful life nowadays, but it's about to get more exciting. On Sunday I leave to go work for my uncle. He lives in Sierra Vista, which is about 5 miles from the Mexican border. Not exactly the most exciting town in the world...or even close to it, but I'll learn a little bit about his business and decide if I want to go in that direction. However, I choose not to think about that right now...I'm not one for the decision making. Anyway, it'll be nice to get out of the house for a while.
In far more exciting news, I'm going to Russia in the middle of July. My sister is working in Moscow now, so my aunt and uncle (same from above) are taking me to visit her. It's kind of a horrifying ordeal really because I know only a few words of Russian, and they know none. We'll have my sister to help, but not during the day, so that kinda sucks. Anyway, hopefully nothing horrific will happen like being thrown in a Russian prison for the rest of my life...that would suck.
So yes, that pretty much covers the events of my summer. Calls would be appreciated during the end of June as I'll probably need to occupy myself somehow. You won't be able to reach me for the 12 days in Russia though, so that'll be sad. :-( Anyway, that is where I'll be if you were wondering..then it's off to Notre Dame yay. Alright, I'm sure you were sufficiently bored by that if you took the time to read it, but know that I was sufficiently bored in writing it as well, so it's all even. :-)
