John was pissed. Rodney had done it again and John was furious. He couldn't yell at Rodney -- it would make him go quiet and bring back his insecurity about their relationship. Venting at Ronon was his only option.
Once started, John recounted every hurtful, petty thing he could remember..... things he usually ignored felt good to complain about.
When John finished, he was relieved. He could let go of the bad things and focus on what made him and Rodney so perfect together.
Ronon's "That's fucked up, dude" made him appreciate a good friend that would listen to him.
