Don't you love when leftovers are even better the next day?  My lunch was one of those.

Last night, I made some very tasty Shrimp Etouffee Stuffed Chicken Breasts.  The leftover breast was even better today because all the flavors really mixed into each other.

I can't get anyone to come over for dinner. I have this huge pot of red beans and rice and no one to share it with. :(

I made gumbo today and it turned out great. I am so proud of myself.
