The helper-outer on the previous page fleshes this one out from my caption (I already knew what was supposed to happen, I just wasn't able to crank it out. Don't ask someone who can't draw how they intend to depict a religious revelation.) This one is a bit denser, specifically with ANSI art scene jokes -- Beck aside (a period preoccupation of the illustrator), these are all the names of artscene groups, physically embodied here. Mistigris was our local group (notorious for late releases, hence the quip), and Hallucigenia was its successor. That ACiD drop and Beck's whole angelic presentation are strokes of genius...
