Avatar, Book Two

Just finished off season two of Avatar.

Overall I liked this season better than the first. Don't get me wrong, I liked the first season but I found that a lot of the episodes followed the same format of:
-the gang makes a pit stop somewhere

Jet has the questionable honor of being the only important character I don't like. There are several one-off characters I would have much rather had back.

I think Zuko's Amazing Hair came to be because he was just so popular with the fangirls that he needed proper bishie hair.

I think I loved Mai from the start. It's just her boredom! It's so amazxing!

The whole Appa arc(Aang losing him, finding him, seeing what happened) is amazingly hard to watch.

Yeah, it really wouldn't have bothered me if Jet hadn't return. I think they brought him back to try and 'redeem' the character but I don't know, I just didn't care for him.

I figured that's why Zuko's hair grew so quickly (although personally I find that Zuko looks way too young to qualify as a 'bishie'). It amused me greatly to watch it happen though.

Yes, I love how Mai is always bored. And I love how she always let the gang get away with things when she feels like it (like letting the bear go and not following Sokka and Katara in the episode with the drill).

I think bringing Jet back just kind of made him worse for me.

I kind of think that Mai is always bored because she could take them all down singlehandedly otherwise.
