So here I am..DOME sipping Affogato...

and surfing for Toastmaster clubs in my district. Looking for one with potentially good refreshments.

My favourite cafe..The menu is heaven. Had I more money I would franchise it in other countries.... So French..So Continental.

I saw an advert to cadet pilots and feel rather tempted to give it a try if I can secure a scholarship. LOL.. I've always wanted to be a pilot but for my shortsightedness and lack of exposure in regards to it as a career option.  Travelling for free is my dream really. Plus, i have no issues with turbulence,  airplane food and jetlag. Perfect. Maybe I'll give it a go this Friday.

(from this point forth, the reader would see a bunch of more irrelevant stuff pertaining to Uni Hunting  so do skip these)

Other rather unnewsworthy stuff- I surprised myself with my productivity by submitting applications to ANU, UNSW and USyd for my Masters program. I'd rather the awards be something more impressive looking like MSc. rather than MComm./MProfAcctg/MEc.....    Contemplated on UTS ( since they've got MBA but the representative looked rather sad  so I thought I'd skip) Melbourne Uni...is...well..in Melbourne and since I'd already applied for 3 unis I decided not to get too carried away.

Of the 3,  ANU seriously seems best from the impression I got.  Downside is of course...*cough*Canberra... but their standards are really high and ranked pretty decent in the world as well in respect of Business and Commerce. Entry requirements seem more stringent and no nonsense. But, really...do I wanna live in Canberraaaaa...??

Plus points for USyd....double degree Masters Programme, age-old reputation ( every employer is bound to know of USyd), I spy a foreign exchange possibility with Cornell, Boston and Waseda.....Downside...it reminds me of those sluggish old universities living off their historical reputation rather than current one, I get the impression that administration of ANYTHING would be notoriously slow, red-tapish, bureaucratic and behind-time. The prestige and exclusivity is probably there...but I think USyd may be sliding off the charts. Not sure. Also a bit stingy in information accessibility and $$$$$$$$$$- orientated.

UNSW seems to know what they're doing in their Business/Commerce area. Rather generous and clear with information. Modern...seemingly efficient way of doing stuff. Possibly more international-student friendly. Foreign exchange programme looks a bit limited. Have to check on that.

So...at the end of the day.....
