Dee here is one of the Endless, who are sort of like personifications of powerful forces at work in The Sandman. She's omniscient in her canon, and while she's no longer a special snowflake in Route, she still retains her memories of whatever she already knew before in her canon ( Read more... )

Character Name: Dale Cooper
Character Age: 34, but has birthday in april 19th, sooo soon 35?
Series: Twin Peaks

Has your character died before? He was clinically dead for two minutes once but is pretty much alive.
Has your character killed someone before? Yes, regrettably - but it goes with his job (FBI). He's never been happy to do it and tries to avoid it. I have no idea how many, though - at least three, I think.
Has your character had any experiences with reincarnation? Don't think so
Has your character suffered the loss of someone close to them? Several. His mother at age fifteen, his friend/crush Marie a year later, the love of his life Caroline brutally murdered (in his arms, no less) much later. Those are the main ones. All in all he's been very close to death several times, both in his own life and through his job.
Was your character a deity or omniscient prior to Route? This is tricky - the most obvious answer is no, but the movie hints that after being stuck in an alternate dimension (full of spirits that SEEM omniscient, but only get involved where they want to), he gains some of their abilities. In addition, there is no time there, so he's always been there and will always be there, and can communicate with his and others' past and tell the future - so that would count as omniscience, I suppose? While he hasn't found the Lodge yet at the point where I took him, he's got a close affiliation with the spirits there and again, since he's always been there, he's shown to predict someone's death prior to getting there, so ... yes. He doesn't know it consciously (and doesn't do it any other time) but he's close to the spirits and the world and sort of becomes one and JUST MIGHT KNOW THINGS? TL;DR I SUPPOSE NO BUT MAYBE PEAKS IS TRICKY.
What is the extent that Death is allowed to know about your character? Everything important!
