Dee here is one of the Endless, who are sort of like personifications of powerful forces at work in The Sandman. She's omniscient in her canon, and while she's no longer a special snowflake in Route, she still retains her memories of whatever she already knew before in her canon

Series: Fullmetal Alchemist (2003 anime)

Has your character died before? Yes, he's actually a dead person brought back to life. And he has been killed and regenerated from that a whole lot of times, but I'm not sure if that counts exactly.
Has your character killed someone before? SO MANY PEOPLE
Has your character had any experiences with reincarnation? Yes, he is a kind of reincarnation of the human (named Ivan) he was meant to be.
Has your character suffered the loss of someone close to them? Yes, the human Leo who was murdered by Envy's master/mother and turned into Greed.
Was your character a deity or omniscient prior to Route? Nope
What is the extent that Death is allowed to know about your character? Since he's so close to death, both because he is technically a dead person and kills so often, I'd say that she can know pretty much anything about him. I'm also okay with her knowing things that haven't happened to him in series yet. Here's a canon-link (only the 2003 anime bits, and some of my headcanon is different so there's also my app.)

Out of curiosity, how has Envy's appearance changed since coming to Route? Did he get a new hairdo/coat etc?

His hair is the same, just longer, and he's not as pale. His eyes are still violet, with normal pupils instead of the catslit ones. At the moment he's actually wearing a normal shirt and has some healing scrapes, scratches, and bruises from the bug event.
