As I was typing "livejournal.com" on the browser, I accidentally wrote in "licejournal.com" and that amused me for about five minutes. hahaha
Let's see...today was completely unproductive. I woke up late in the afternoon. Then I looked around, decided there was nothing to do, and went back to sleep. Then I woke up again later on to eat...because I need to survive and all, you know? Then I played FFIII...and I was completely devastated at the fact that one of the new random monster battles included a poison toad. I didn't mind them in FFII, because they were 2-D and they didn't really look much like toads, but in FFIII, because of the DS' wonderful graphic capacities, the fucking toads are in 3-D and they freak the crap out of me just as much as real ones do. And when they attack you, they fucking JUMP and it makes me scream. So, whenever I encounter one in a battle, I push the DS as far away from my face as I possible can and I press random buttons until they die, because I can't stand to look at them. Hopefully there won't be a giant toad boss that I have to fight in this game (>_<). Seriously, people...I know it sounds stupid, but, for some reason, I am deathly afraid of amphibians, especially toads. Hopefully no one will use this information to blackmail me one day...hahaha.
I went back to bed after I decided that I had been playing video games for quite enough time. Then, I woke up around 12:50 and realized that I was about to miss "El Privilegio de Amar". So, I ran downstairs to watch it and I got everything ready...and then another show was playing instead. What the fuck? So, they play it every day of the week except for Fridays? That doesn't make sense...I was looking forward to watching that show...it seriously is amazing.
Okay, so "El Privilegio de Amar" (translated as: the privilege to love) is a Mexican soap opera that was on in like 1999. I watched it with my mommy, and it is seriously the most amazing show ever. So, when I came home for spring break and saw that they were showing re-runs of it in the middle of the night, I was SO excited! And we totally have that channel at school!!! I am definitely going to be there in the middle of the night watching it in the basement. hahaha. Although they are FAR FAR FAR better than American soap operas, Mexican soap operas are quite cheesy and mushy sometimes. However, "El Privilegio de Amar", despite it's cheesy title, is one of the most amazing television shows I've ever seen in my life. The story is just so touching and the actors are so amazing...*sigh* it's just really, really well-done.
Anyway, tomorrow I'm going to Melinda's movie party!!! I'm so excited, 'cause I haven't been to one of those in such a long time and they're always so much fun!
YEP...So that's about everything...yay~
