Yes it is after two am, and yes I have spent much too much of my night researching yarn, but I finally FINALLY seem to have found a good, affordable yarn brand to make my aunt's afghan with. I'm going to end up needing like 19 skeins, and stupidly enough I'm going to have a bunch left over because of the way the math works out, but my aunt's been a great sister to my mom, so the expense ain't bad, plus I've been DYING to work on this thing (I get to hold 4 strands at one time! And use GIGANTIC needles! FUCK I BETTER LEARN TO GAUGE) and even though the store I'm buying it from is in like, fucking Oklahoma or something because it's apparently like a store brand or something, it's totally worth not having to trunk down to Joann's for disappointment. I mean, I'm going to end up there anyway (esp if I have to buy more needles to get the gauge right), but it's nice to know that I have another good source for yarn. Man I am already just imaging the big ass box that's going to arrive at my door.
