So I know I updated less than an hour ago (for those of you on the SPN filter) and only about two hours ago (for the general public), but I just needed to rant a little.
Developing a system of critical theory is hard, yo.
There are all of these pesky questions, like: what is truth? how does one deconstruct the binary of 'criticism/impressionism'? how can the power dynamics be disassembled? if the point of this criticism is to negate the need for criticism, why do I need to talk about any of this?
It's all very meta, and giving me a headache. Grr. Arg.
