My day in a 'Five more things about me you may not know' sort of format.
1. When I don't get enough sleep for consecutive days on end, my internal clock goes all wonky. As a result, today passed by at an insanely alarming rate. I looked at the clock what I felt was every five minutes, but was really every two hours.
1.5 I ate a whole 4oz package of malted milk balls in minutes, followed by a bottle of water and one homemade peanut butter cookie. On Mondays, I don't care that this results in my having stomach cramps for an hour. On Mondays, the stomach pains are an easy price to pay.
2. There are certain songs that I love and that I can listen to over and over and over again. On the way home from work, I decided to keep trading off between the original and the (Scissor Sisters') cover of 'Comfortably Numb.'
2.5 I also made every light. I'm thinking there's something magical about 'Comfortably Numb.'
3. It has been grey and rainy here all day. I love these sorts of days, and found myself zoning out whilst staring out the window, watching it rain. This may have impacted #1. And #2.
4. I still don't like children. Please don't tell me I will outgrow this. In the very rare future where I do, then you may brag. Lord knows a million other people will be.
5. I would rather have cold custard than hot, hot tea than cold, cold liquor than lukewarm, lukewarm beer than cold, and under no ordinary circumstances will I ever eat brussel sprouts.
