Regulus brushed his hair back from his face. Immediately it fell back in front of his eyes, but not in the cool and aloof way that his brother’s did. Viewing himself in the mirror Regulus took in his scrawny frame, thin shoulders, and brown eyes. He smiled to see the effect. Not a mischievous smirk, or even a charming grin, it was a full ear to ear smile; it was fake. Regulus frowned.
He was a Black.
He was a pure blood.
As of a few hours ago he was a Slytherin.
But he we never be anything like Sirius.
