shes got a whole lot of reasons

so the past few days have been really nice, and nothing extra exciting has even happened. things have just sort of started to settle down nicely. theres nothing horribly wrong going on in my life, so i'm as close to happy as i've been in i cant remember how long.
but like yesterday for example. i went to work, bright and early as usual. and the heat was broekn in the lab, so it was freezing, and i forgot about a meeting and wound up being late, but it was still a good day. i get a kick out of the people i work with, so we laughed about the heat problem all day. then the maintence guy that i have a total school girl crush on (hehe, dont worry, its not for real, i'm very happy with my real life boy siutation right now)came in to work on the heat and we were talking for a while and he was makin fun of me. it was just great.
then i got to go out to dinner with carol and julie and they rock. carol is the best little ever and gave me the cutest christmas presents :) haha but shes too damn artistic cuz the mirror she painted me is like amazing, and now any effort i ever have or will do will just look like butt in comparison.
things are looking up. for once. i'm not quite sure how to deal with it, so i'm just trying to accept it. we'll see how it goes :)
