First wave shot down...
Well.. got news that JET has upgraded all that they will from the initial "no" answers to accepting a short-listed position. I guess I will still hang around and see what happens. There is words going around that another wave of upgrades happen when people drop out after knowing their placements. To be honest I think that is lousy to do because JET goes through the work just to have you drop out. At least if someone drops out after knowing their placement, they can't reapply next year.
If I don't get upgraded, I am not sure if I will reapply for next year. We will see what happens. If I am serious about looking for a condo or something later this year, I may actually just not apply again and it will remain a dream.
