Chapter 17
Few more months had passed. Kazuya was in his and Pi’s apartment when strong arms captured him. He was then pushed to the bed, and there he saw Pi. He’s not used to this kind of Yamapi, drunk and aggressive.
“Pi…What’s wrong?”
Instead of answering him, Pi leaned closer to Kame and kissed his neck possessively.
“Pi let me go‼!”
~Flashback~ few hours ago at the famous bar in Tokyo
“Toma…you can’t leave me again…”
“I have to go Pi…I don’t know when I’ll come back…but I’ll find you again ok? My family found out about us again, and I have to go there and fix it before they ruin anything…”
“I’ll go with you…I need you…”
“No…I’ll make them accept you…I promise..I have to go…I love you so much…” Toma said as he kissed Pi fully on the lips
Pi felt so alone. Not only did his lover or rather the person he love left, but he feels like no one is there for him. Even Kame is always with Jin while Ryo is always with Ueda. Thinking about that fact, he drowned himself with alcohol and thus, explaining his possessive actions towards Kame
~end of flashback~
“Please let me go‼! I’m getting hurt PI!” Kame tried pushing the older one, but he didn’t succeed
Pi continued harassing Kame. He punched Kame’s face and body, until the other one decided to not move anymore. When Kame stopped moving, Pi entered him without any warning. Kame could feel pain of course, but nothing is more painful than thinking that he’s been used. How he wish it was Jin inside him now. As Pi continued thrusting to Kame, a single tear fell from the younger one’s eye
“Jin…” Kame thought as he was imagining every moment he spent with Jin
When Pi finally came, he fell on Kame’s sides while the latter continued crying. Morning came, Kame can feel body pain, but most importantly, he can feel his heart shattered in to pieces. He went to the washroom and looked at his face, battered and pale. Slowly, he took a bath, trying to scrub his body hard as if he was the dirtiest person in the world. After he dressed up, he looked at Pi who’s still lying on the bed. Wanting to forget what happened the night before, he walked out the house and walked to nowhere. He just went in to the konbini when Jin called
“Hey where are you?” Jin asked
“Konbini why? Is everything alright Jin?”
“Yeah…as a matter of fact, the doctor let me take Rina home…”
“EH??‼ Really? Then…should I pick you up….”
“No it’s ok…we’re already home…I’m just wondering if you can help me…you know…about baby stuff. I want to make sure I’m doing everything right”
“Of course Jin…I’ll be there in 15 minutes…” Kame said as he hung up
“Baka…how can I show myself like this? Urgh! Should’ve made excuses…but no Jin needed my help!” Kame argued to himself as he walked to Jin’s apartment
~15 minutes later at Jin’s apartment~
Jin opened the door and saw Kame’s battered face. He pulled the younger one inside and asked him frantically.
“What’s wrong? Who hurt you??‼!” Jin asked
“No one…I bumped…that’s all…”
“You can’t lie to me as if I never had a fight in my life…who did that to you? Did Pi hurt you?”
“No…” He needed to lie. He knows Jin is still grieving over Yuna’s death and if he tells him about Pi, it would only hurt the older one
“Please…tell me who did this to you…”
“It’s ok Jin…” Kame smiled as he looked at Rina’s crib “Looks like everything is set for the princess…”
“Ryo and Ueda did all the shopping for me…” Jin said, worry still obvious from his voice
Kame looked up and saw the worry ‘look’ on Jin’s face
“Hey I’m really ok…don’t worry….” Kame said as he held Jin’s hand
“Ok if you say so, but just remember, I’m always here for you Kame…” Jin smiled
“I know Jin…so I have to protect you too and not to let you get hurt by knowing that your best friend did this me…” Kame thought to himself
Time went by with Kame telling Jin how to do baby stuff. Night time came when Pi called Kame
“Kame...Please forgive me last night I…” Pi was cut off by Kame
“I’m not going home today Pi…” Kame firmly said
“Please let’s…”
“I need time…for myself ‘for the person I really love’” Kame said as he hung up.
Kame went back to the living room and saw Jin feeding Rina. Jin looked up and smiled at him
“Pi?”
“Hn…” Kame nodded
“He wanted you home huh? I should call him later and apologize for asking you to stay here…”
“No…don’t tell him I’m here…”
“Eh?”
“Can I…Can I stay here with you…please…”
“Of course…but seriously tell me what’s happening?”
“I need time away from him…”
“I’m asking you for the last time…Did Pi hurt you?” Jin asked
“No…” He lied
“Ok…stay here as long as you want…I’ll like it better that you are here, at least I know no one would hurt you like that again…”
“Thank you Jin…” He whispered as he turned around, pretending to fix Rina’s toys. “Thank you…” he sobbed
Night time came. Jin put Rina to his crib, located inside his room. He went back to the living room and saw Kame trying to make himself comfortable on the couch
“What are you doing?” Jin asked as he approached the younger one
“Hmmm trying to see which position I should sleep?”
“There’s a guest room…”
“Are you sure it’s ok?”
“Of course it is silly…” Jin smiled “Good night…” Jin said as he entered his room
Few more hours passed, Jin couldn’t sleep. He was looking at Rina when he heard Kazuya crying in the guest room. He quickly ran to the guest room and saw Kazuya sweating and crying at the same time
“he’s dreaming…” Jin said as he approached Kame “I’m here…don’t worry…” Jin said as he hugged Kame tight. Slowly he shook Kame’s body until the other one is awake
“Ah gomen…maybe I was dreaming…” Kame explained when Jin told him what happened.
“Come with me…” Jin carried Kame bridal-style
“Where are you taking me?”
“In my bedroom. To assure you that you won’t be alone…” Jin smiled
Jin put Kame down his bed and covered his thin body with blanket
“Sleep now…I’ll be here…you won’t be alone…” Jin said as he caressed Kame’s cheeks
“Jin I want to be like this forever. Just you, me and Rina…sleeping soundly here in this room, full of love…” Kame thought as he drifted to sleep
The next morning, Jin woke up without Kame on his side. He went to the kitchen and saw breakfast is already prepared with Kame reading the newspaper.
“Oh hey good morning. Rina was up at 5am, she was hungry so I fed her already then she want back to sleep…” Kame reported
“Oh thank you…you should’ve woke me up though. You didn’t have to do it…”
“It’s ok…she is a sweet baby…” Kame smiled “Ah I’ll grab you juice” Kame said as he stood up to reach the juice. He was about to turn to Jin when he accidentally slipped. Jin of course caught him before the younger one hit the ground. The time stopped for the two of them. They stared at each other as their lips crashed. When Jin caught Kame, he fell on the floor instead causing Kame to fall on top of him, and their lips crashing to each other. Kame, who couldn’t stop his feeling anymore, closed his eyes as he kissed Jin lovingly, and to his surprise, Jin responded to his kiss.
They continued kissing until they needed air…nobody dared to say anything. They continued the silence until Jin said something
“That kiss…”
“I’m sorry Jin I didn’t mean to…” Kame was about to stand up when Jin pulled him again
“Thank you…”
“Eh?”
Jin leaned forward and gave Kame a peck on the lips
“I know this is wrong….you have Pi and…”
“Remember before you asked me to work for you? Can I ask you to work for me now?”
“Huh? Kazu…”
“It’s my turn to propose something…In exchange of taking care of you and Rina, please love me again. The way you loved me before.”
“How about Pi?”
“I’ll tell you someday, but for now…I want to know do you still love me?”
“Of course Kazu…you’ve always been a special part of me…” Jin smiled as he held on Kazu’s cheek
“Thank you Jin…for everything” Kame cried as he felt Jin’s touch on his cheeks
They were about to kiss once again when they heard Rina cry
“Rina…” They both said as they smiled at each other.
