This is true. However those you know are accurate presumably have already occurred and are nothing but memory, or a potential source of information. Any others can't be confirmed and therefore there's no reason to be concerned with them.

I have yet to destroy a tombstone, but presumably what one sees would be no more accurate than any other vision.

[He doesn't actually know what happens, though he really is curious to find out. He's just stalked seen another thread from one of his siblings saying it's a bad idea to break them.]

Because some who have never died still have tombstones here. Unless they are deaths in the future, they haven't occurred and are false.

Dreams are rarely accurate, even those about memories. It doesn't make them visions.
