[The first thing that gets recorded is the PCD being dropped unceremoniously onto the ground. It's easy enough to see that it's an accident, a mistake that wasn't meant to happen. But fingers get weak and slippery, devices fall to the ground and are left to film the scene as it unfolds before them ( Read more... )

I have heard it's a poor choice to destroy the tombstones. It might be wise not to damage any others.

[And a pause.]

And the visions one sees near them are not necessarily accurate.

[Are you actually being helpful for once, Castiel?]

Yeah, figured that out.

[And a pause on his end.]

That still doesn't mean none of them are.

[Hey he totally can be helpful when he feels like it]

This is true. However those you know are accurate presumably have already occurred and are nothing but memory, or a potential source of information. Any others can't be confirmed and therefore there's no reason to be concerned with them.

[... You have a point there. Not like he'll ever admit it, but you do have a point.]

Even what you see when you destroy the tombstones?

I have yet to destroy a tombstone, but presumably what one sees would be no more accurate than any other vision.

[He doesn't actually know what happens, though he really is curious to find out. He's just stalked seen another thread from one of his siblings saying it's a bad idea to break them.]

Unless you enjoy seeing yourself die, I wouldn't suggest it.

[Aw, look, he decided to be helpful back.]

[Awww look they're being adults.]

Is that all that occurs? I have already seen the visions from my tombstones.

[He indeed waiting at each of his graves to see how he died from a third person perspective. There's nothing weird about that. 8|]

[It's like a birthday miracle or something.]

And you don't find that disturbing?

No. Experiencing my deaths was far more unpleasant than simply witnessing them.

If your visions were real, how do you know the rest of them aren't?

[After all, he didn't hallucinate his actual death as it had taken place in Adstringendum, but a different, much more painful one.]

Because some who have never died still have tombstones here. Unless they are deaths in the future, they haven't occurred and are false.

Then why didn't I see my death here?

[You are doing such an awesome job at making him feel better, Castiel. You just have no idea.]

There could be a number of reasons why you would see something else.

Yeah. Like it's a vision, not a hallucination.

Or it's simply fabricated.

Dreams are rarely accurate, even those about memories. It doesn't make them visions.

Do you really believe that?
