Developments
Things have been a little crazy for me as of late, but all good crazy. I finally got my money from the first two instalments of my student loan and managed to pay almost every bill off including my credit cards. The only thing credit wise I have left is the credit card for my furniture. I dont think thats too bad cinsidering the other $4700 worth of bills are completely paid off. This makes me a very happy bear. I also found out that I am elegible to sign up for the study abroad program. This is a program that allows you to take a quarter of schooling in another country. I have actually as of about 10 min ago to actually go for it. I even went and applied for my passport, and turned in my application. All I need to do is turn in the deposit for my appartment and I am all set. Where do you ask doed this fun and exciting trip take place. MADRID,SPAIN!!! Yes folks if you said Madrid,Spain you correct. I think this may make Brian a little nervous, because as we all know I have a thing for the Spanish Bears, but he has nothing to worry about. To tell the truth I am a little affraid to leave him alone for 10 weeks. I am so used to taking care of stuff that I have a hard time having someone else do it, but I know him, and VonDa cane do it. Now I have to start getting some things squared away and find some things out. I wonder what kind of currency they use in Spain and how far my American dollor will take me, I need to obtain a basic understanding of Spanish, if my cell phone will work there without a huge bill, and try to track down a cheep laptop so I can chat and e mail everyone while I am away. Well gotta run for now, but I will keep you updated.
