   So. In seven days, it will have been exactly one year since I posted my first podfic. Also, I have recently become enraptured with the X-Men First Class fandom. OMG SQUEE! So it takes me a while to actually gather up the nerve to listen to my own writing as podfic (which, I don't even know, it works fine for me if I'm recording my own stuff, even! but somehow there is that sense of "wait I WROTE THAT omg and someone is READING IT TO ME omg omg", so it really does take me a while, but I popped this one on tonight and...

First of all, I think this is the first podfic I've listened to by you, and OH MY GOD I LOVE YOUR VOICE SO MUCH. Seriously, I don't know how I got so lucky, and I know that there are tons and tons of wonderful podficcers in fandom, but YOU HAVE THE MOST AMAZING VOICE EEEEE. :D!! AND YOUR AWESOME VOICE IS READING MY STUFF! I had several moments of dancing in my kitchen when I was listening to the beginning of this.

I love, love, love all your inflections, and the playful, cheerful attitude you've given the boys, and all the ways you make things pop off the screen; your reading makes everything seem so vivid! The best thing in the WHOLE WORLD is listening to a podfic of a story I'm already familiar with, and then feeling like I'm listening to a whole new story because of the reader's interpretation and recording, and this.
