Why I Love It: Liviapenn starts this Torchwood/DCU crossover story off with a Discworld premise: all libraries are connected - in essence, all libraries are the same library. Just because someone walked into a library, it doesn't necessarily mean that they'll walk back out in the same place. Who knows what might wander out of the stacks?
A version of Harley Quinn walks out of the library in Cardiff, and Torchwood is left facing a monster of the week that doesn't belong in their reality.
