AMP14 - Day Twenty-Seven

I'm in the mood for something fun and fluffy and ridiculous.... guess tonight's a bandom night!

Opened You Wide Up, written by an author who'd prefer to remain anonymous, is a post-breakup Panic! at the Disco story of innuendo, internets, and inattentive boys. There's Gay Internet Chicken! Also flirting, and the slow realization that said flirting Actually Means Something, and accidental kisses, and Deliberate Kisses! Brendon and Spencer nearly break livejournal, at one point.

This podfic has a run-time of 00:16:28, and... I used the song MMM Yeah, as performed by Austin Mahone featuring Pitbull, as my Intro/Outro music. I'm sorry! It was stuck in my head, and it seemed like the kind of song Brendon would play on repeat over and over and over and over, just to mess with Spencer. You can download this podfic as an mp3 right over here (thanks, paraka, for hosting me!) OR you can stream the story by clicking above.

But We Yearn For It, written by sophia_sol, is a story that makes me smile every single time I read it - and I've read it at least a half-dozen times. A Panic! at the Disco FOLK MUSIC AU, this story is half way between fic and notfic - there are longer paragraphs of storytelling, but there are also sections of stream-of-consciousness idea-blurting - and it is full of light and love and joy. Also, oblivious boys solving their love triangle through the power of mandolins and threesomes!

This podfic has a run-time of 00:25:08, and contains the song Hey Hey Hey, as performed by Delta Rae, for the Intro/Outro music (I chose to use the 'live at bonaroo' version of the song for this podfic, because it sounds less polished, more like something you'd actually HEAR at 'fest in the story). You can download this podfic as an mp3 right over here (thanks again, paraka, for hosting me!) OR you can stream the story by clicking above.
