So Thursday around 2:30pm, my cousin Mary had her baby :-) He's about 3 1/2 weeks early, so no one was really expecting it. Seriously, everyone was gone. Her husband, Greg, works in Mississippi and he just went back the day before, her parents and sister were in Cancun on vacation, and her other aunt and uncle were in California. I still can't believe he's here already. He's so adorable. I went to go see him yesterday. They haven't really picked out a name yet. She put Carter on the birth certificate, but Greg doesn't like that name. They have 10 days to change it, so who knows. He only weighs 5.8 lbs, and he's 20 inches long. Gosh, he is just so cute. :-)
This whole week I've been going to Percussion Camp. It's very tiring. Yesterday was fun though because we really just did nothing. We played cadences like 10 times, but that was about it. The other day, we found this thing that measures how loud the audience is, for talent shows or w.e, and we turned it on and started playing, it was really funny. :-P
Other than that, that's about it. Going to be seeing the baby all weekend probably =] But I have no problem with that. Ugh, next week it Fair Parade Camp. That's gonna suck. :-( Oh yeah, I washed my mom's car today...she probably won't ever ask me to do it again either. lol It doesn't look all that good. But it's really not my fault. We didn't have any car cleaner soap stuff so I had to use dish soap, and that leaves streaks, lots of streaks. :-P
