I’m moving out of my Woodstock-area house in late March and I’m looking for someone to fill my spot. Our lease lasts until July so you would be able to live here until then. If you’re just looking to sublet for the month of April, that works really well too!
It’s a spacious, modern, 6-bedroom house that my 5 awesome roommates keep very clean. Two of them are Reed alumni and three are current students.
Rent is $432/month plus utilities.
Also, there is a persimmon tree in the backyard.
