Looking for housemate
Need a room now? We currently have an available bedroom in our 3-room house that has been rated by visitors as "cute," "adorable," and "cozy." It's a two story house and the available room is the larger of the two ground level bedrooms (our last roommate had a queen-sized bed, dressers, desk, and stereo system in that space). We've got a well-supplied kitchen, comfy living room with a wood-burning fireplace, large laundry and storage area, and a private backyard. You'd be sharing a bathroom with only one other person.
We're located a 5 minute drive from campus along Holgate. Rent is $450/mo plus utilities, some small pets allowed. Our lease ends in August but can be renewed.
About us: I'm a current Reed psych S/F senior and she's taking a break from school to work. We're clean, respectful and friendly. We don't smoke and don't have pets (but we like animals). I enjoy cooking and she likes to sit in her basement room and pretend to be a dragon. We like company but we're generally quiet when left alone.
