Another nice, leisurely day in Homer.  We spent much of the day tripping to Seldovia, to watch the Independence Day festivities and (for my parents) explore the area.  While they drove out towards Jakalof, I read a trashy romance novel (in its entirety) on the porch of the Jolting Java and people watched.  The crowd was marvelously diverse, and ( Read more... )
